PE 6450 - Firmware update issue

I have followed these instructions however in the readme for this update
it reads this

NOTE: Your controller should be running firmware version 1.72 or higher
before attemping this firmware update.

now i am not running this firmware so is there somewhere that i can
download an 'older' firmware so that i can then upgrade to this newer one?
