DRAC 5 Console Does not work correctly via Port Forwarding

Well I feel a little stupid here.... ok more than a little..
Allthough I am not sure this is the same problem other people are
having.
If you are using Internet Explorer and receive a "RED X" in the top left
corner of the popup window while starting a remote console session, make
sure that you have Administrative rights on your box. If you do not, it
will not install the necessary ActiveX plugins....

Welcome to the club. I've reported the same problem with a 1950 (look in
the mailinglist about 3 weeks ago (Subject: DRAC5 and Firefox). Net of
it is, this is broken for some people (IE and/or Firefox).

She promised to contact me when Dell tells her they have a solution. You
might want to contact her and get on her mailinglist.
It's possible what you report is actually different from my Firefox
problem, although I **also** cannot get IE to work. I'm of the opinion
this is basically busted :-( Good thing my servers are nearby and I can
walk a few hundred feet the few times I need access to the console. Good
