Dell OMSA 5.0 crash on RH-ES 4.2

My recommendation would be to call Dell Technical support and the bug
report will go from there to the developers.

lately we had a scsi failure on one of our systems. Dell OMSA reported,
that the communication to the powervault failed and died horribly:
