Debian and Poweredge 2900

The first question is, what type of devie is /dev/sdc?  It is a removeable 
flash drive?  If so you have an extra mount point in the /etc/fstab for it 
and it is not in the drive.  I would either remove the line for it in the 
fstab or add noauto to the options for that line.  The Install disc you used 
should be fine.  Those are the ones we use.
