1850 VERSA RAILS.

Hi,

My company recently decided to move from a public cage (telco style racks
with round holes) to our own private cabinet (standard cab with square
holes) in our data center. I ran into a problem, the rails that came with
all the dell 1850 PE that we have don't seem to work with
our new cabinet, the rails go up fine but when trying to slide the server
in it seems almost impossible.
I finally had to loosen up the screws on the rails (they had to be
extremely lose) then I could slide the server in,
so once it was in I tried to slide it out and this again was extremely
difficult to do, it doesn't seem like these rails work.

I am not sure if the versa rails that come with the 1850s will work with
square holes I am unsure if they are 4 post rails or 2 post rails,
in the public cage which had telco style racks with round holes these
rails seemed to work fine, the only thing is we had to put notches in them
so they could go in cause they would hit the side of the rack. So if
anyone knows more about the rails that come with power edge 1850s please
let me know, I really need to know if I need different rails or mounting
brackets or what not it also been nice to know what depth of racks they
are for, any help would be much appreciated thank you.
