Backup Program

Hi

I am looking for a good backup program for RHEL4.

The server does not have Xwindows on it, so no graphical interface.

Im looking to backup our new mailserver (its /home/) partition every night.

The server is a Poweredge 1900 with an onbaord 100t Dat 72 Tape Drive.
