I've made the script I use available for download at:
http://www.4L.ie/downloads/
It uses ipmitool to query the System Event Log (SEL), issues a 'chassis
status' command, does some basic parsing of the results and passes them
to Nagios.
There's a simple perl module there as well which includes a couple of
basic Nagios helper scripts that are required by the script.
Any feedback, good or bad is welcome.
