We're using 1950s with Linux SUSE 9.x, but don't have OpenManage
subscriptions. We resell 1950s as part of a solution that we build. We
rack it with proprietary hardware, and put it on a small mobile platform
that our customers wheel around their labs. When they attach the server
to their network, it is assigned an IP address by DHCP, and there is no
easy way for them to find out the temporary address (unless they go
through additional administrative steps of configuring it in their DNS
server). We'd just like to display the IP address on the LCD panel in
the easiest way possible, so that they can quickly and easily use the
equipment. Is there a way to do this without using OpenManage? We're
presently using Linux SUSE 9.3.
