UPS for more than one server

I recommend using APC UPS units and the opensource APCUPSD daemon.  It 
supports direct cable and network monitoring and shutdown.  The machine with 
the UPS physically connected would act as the UPS server for the other 
machines.  You set the time to shut down based on the battery level or 
minutes left.
