list-admin :: default to 'reply-to' the list ?

still I don't get it why such a simple request can not honored so to benefit
both the mailing list admin and the end users. Such a change is a rare
win-win. If majority of the posters is doing the 'reply-deleteTo-addToList'
routine with each every post, why not just honor it and make it painless and
systematic for (almost) everyone?!
