list-admin :: default to 'reply-to' the list ?

I am new to this list. Not sure the topic is covered before or not.
I'd like to have the posts have 'reply-to' set to the list. This way, when I
hit reply, I am sending to the list (as well as to the thread), instead of
to an individual or his/her post, which my comments may or may directly
concern.
wonder how many interesting bits had been lost (from the list archive) since
the author didn't take the trouble to CC the list after replying to an
individual.
