Restoring Dell Utility

 I have a PowerEdge 2550 that lost it's Dell Utility. Partition 1 de
We have four drives on the system, and it appears that someone replaced this 
partition with a FAT16 partition. When I select F10 on boot, the system just 
defaults into the normal boot-up.

How can I restore this partition?
What format is it? Do I need to run mkfs on it?
Where can I find the code/data for this partition?
