I don't think I'm using anymore the ipmi kernel modules:
% lsmod |grep -i ipmi
[no output]

Sorry: I've tried to use IPMI first (before) omreport, but I was hard
(I'm newbie about it).
It has worked a few minutes (about 2hour with a request every 30s) ;I
was able to retrieve temperature from probes, then the kernel complains
about IPMI and I was bot able anymore to retrieve temp. with command
"/usr/bin/ipmitool -I open sdr list full"
% grep -i ipmi /var/log/messsages.10
brutus kernel: IPMI message handler: BMC returned incorrect response,
expected netfn b cmd 23, got netfn b cmd 40
[...]
After reboots (rmmod command on ipmi* modules was unsucesfull), the same
things happened, so I've decides to avoid IPMI (that is too complicated
for the simple things I need).
