Thats not correct. You can reconfigure the drive. I'm not sure how to do
this using the controller BIOS but either Open Manage Storage Management
or Array Manager can help you with this. However, if you want to
actually expand the operating system volume on the drive you will either
need a seperate software package or set the disk up as a dynamic disk in
windows.

No you will have to backup your data, destroy the container, and create
a new one, then reinsall windows and restore your data.
