OMSA - Blades and their Chassis

Guys

when using OMSA on each individual blade i presume you can get basic 
storge info and cpu temp etc as normal. However how are thing like PSU 
state recorded? Is it possible to get the actual blade centre to speak 
OMSA or is this only done on the blade itself. Say a PSU in the blade 
centre failed how would one know or would all 10 blades in the centre 
complain about the failure?
