Openmanage - tar to rpm

OM 4.5 is the latest version for RHEL4 across all platforms. I believe
this is it:
ftp.dell.com/sysman/OMI-SrvAdmin-Dell-Web-LX-450-32-335_A00.tar.gz

We also have a yum repo that you can mirror:
http://linux.dell.com/yum/software/rhel4/
