How to expand file system

Hi All, 

 

We have purchased Dell PE server with Red hat installed. 

 

The default volumes are not using all the disk space. 

 

I am able to increase the volume size by lvextend command.

 

How to extend the file system in that volume so that it can use that space?

 

Here are some more details,

Output of lvs command: there is 37.31 GB free.

Output of df command (want to use above extra space in / /usr /home mounts.
