DRAC4 - kernel crash

you need to use hdf=ide-scsi  on the kernel command line as our
documentation says, as the DRAC can reset for several reasons, which
looks like a hot plug IDE event on the bus, though the driver isn't
hot plug capable.  ide-scsi alleviates this.
