The hapi %pre install scripts check not only that it is installed, but
that it is compiled and installed for the currently running kernel. The
openipmi dkms driver, as posted, does not have AUTOINSTALL set, so that
if you upgrade your kernel, you can regress to an earlier version of the
driver. (The next update release for RHEL3/RHEL4 will have the correct
version).
