There is a stop on error toggle in the BIOS. Just turn that off and it
shouldn't prompt you for a key press.

Subject: PE 2850 hang on boot after a power failure.
Hello all,
we have the following problem on a PE 2850 and 1850 running red hat ES
3.
Our systems are connected to a UPS but due to a long power failure
sometimes the server has been shutted down, randomly at the reboot
The servers hang on the message
Press <Ctrl-E> for BMC Setup within 5 sec......
Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run the setup utility
It is necessary to strike the F1 key to start the server.
The systems are unattended and this behaviour is non acceptable for our
applications.
have you any suggestion to avoid the stop on the messages "Press..."?
Any of you have encountered the same problem?
Thanks in advance.
Fabio A.
