Jason,
Contact Dell Technical Support. You will find the contact information on support.dell.com.
If the system is still in its warranty period, and tech support see the need of replacing the motherboard to resolve your issue, your motherboard will be replaced.
In your previous post you asked if anyone had any suggests on how to proceed..
1. Run MPMemory (Memory diagnostics)
Floppy: http://ftp.us.dell.com/diags/MP1038A0.exe
ISO: http://ftp.us.dell.com/diags/MP1038A0.zip
2. Run Dell 32-Bit Diagnostics
ISO: http://ftp.us.dell.com/diags/EI5061A0.ZIP
Floppy: http://ftp.us.dell.com/diags/ED5061A0.exe
(You will find this on support.dell.com, under downloads for your system)
If there are BIOS, Firmware or driver updates etc. Is it not better to give them a go?
If that solves your issue it is probably a quicker fix than replacing the motherboard?
Best Regards
Harald Jensås
