Debian vs Dell?

But how, if I have no bootable kernel which recognizes neither
the hard disc nor the NIC?
To compile the linux kernel for adaptations is possible (i have done 
that more than once)

My question: Is it possible for someone to provide kernels for Dell 
precision?
The first addressee would be Dell; they know their hardware best.

The work under
<http://wiki.osuosl.org/display/LNX/Debian+on+Dell+Servers>
is very valuable for a lot of machines, but not for Dell Precision
types.
