There's a new megaraid-family driver called 'megaraid_sas' which
drives these.

For the non-RAID users, there's the new 'mptsas' driver which is part
of the mptfusion family.

Recent kernels from Red Hat, Novell/SuSE, and course kernel.org have
these drivers.  Your distro may or may not depending on the newness of
the kernel.

On support.dell.com you'll find drivers for our standard supported
operating systems, in DKMS format.
