problem with disks in 1850

Hi,

At my university we have a PE1850 where the light on the front of the 
machine of the right disk is blinking.

This was after/when a crash happened.  This was the first time the 
machine crashed without reason.

I then called dell support and they sent me a new disk.  I have now 
installed it and did a rebuild.

However the light is still blinking.

As this is a Debian powered machine, I can't get much help from Dell 
support.

I already installed dellmgr, but it only works partially.  I can't do a 
consistency check with dellmgr.  I tried it on an other machine too, and 
there it didn't work either.  Doing the consistency check from the BIOS 
works fine.  Using dellmgr the replaced disk show as online and thus 
fully rebuilt.

I also installed megarc, but this shows:

What can I do next to know the cause of the problem?
