I'm that Sure this are predictive errors or SMART

You know that you can install OMSA and you can find easily all this type of
alert msg.

And well if you are using megamgr you have an LSI array card,  then you
could check media errors in the physicals drives, entering to "Objects " in
the "main menu", then "physical drives" and then make enter over one of the
drives ex. A00-00 and go to "View drive information" there, at the bottom of
the box you will find "Media Errors" and "Other errors" check it in all of
yours disks.

But I think that is more effective the OMSA option
