easy BIOS configuration

  $ORK buys Dell servers in 50 to 100 unit lots. We have a standard set
  of BIOS changes that we make as part of our build procedure -- setting
  up netboot, console redirection to the serial port, etc.

  Right now those changes are made to each individual server, by hand,
  as the start of our build procedure. Is there any way to speed this
  up? Does Dell offer a pre-configured BIOS purchase option? Is there
  some way to do the BIOS change programmatically?
