Do you mean dual or quad interleaved?
 
The best thing to do would be to cross-reference the chipset from a
lspci and check to see if that particular chipset uses dual or quad
interleaved memory
 
Or, you could use omreport to poll the bios information.
 
# omreport chassis memory

On PowerEdge 1850, 2850, and SC1420 servers running CentOS and Fedora,
does anyone know how to determine if an installed DIMM is single or
double rank while the system is running?  The DSET report shows some
details about each DIMM slot, but doesn't include any information on the
rank. 

The BIOS in the SC1420 server tells the rank of each DIMM (but only from
inside the Setup screen), but I don't even think you can see that from
the BIOS of the 1850/2850.
