Determining if DIMMs are single or double rank

On PowerEdge 1850, 2850, and SC1420 servers running CentOS and Fedora, does
anyone know how to determine if an installed DIMM is single or double rank
while the system is running?  The DSET report shows some details about each
DIMM slot, but doesn't include any information on the rank.

The BIOS in the SC1420 server tells the rank of each DIMM (but only from
inside the Setup screen), but I don't even think you can see that from the
BIOS of the 1850/2850.
