RAID Controller problem

Is there any output from the driver in /var/log/messages?

I am having trouble to install Mandriva Linux 2006 on a DELL PowerEdge
2600. Installation stops when trying to get access to the RAID
controller (PERC 4/DI ), right after accepting the license, with the
message:

"insmod'ing module megaraid_mbox failed at /usr/lib/libDrakX/modules.pm
line 340."

- Has anybody already seen this?
- How can I work around this problem?
