Option 1:
Install using Update 3 media.

Option 2:
Create a driver disk and load the driver when running the installer.
Driver disk image: megaraid_sas-v00.00.02.03-1-rhel40-all.img is in 
this package: http://ftp.us.dell.com/SAS-RAID/megasas.tgz
