There are no closed drivers anymore for 99% of what you want.
All RAID, SCSI, SAS, FibreChannel, network, and systems
management drivers are open source, GPL licensed, and included in
kernel.org and the distro kernels.

The 1% exceptions being EMC PowerPath, ATI and nVidia video 3D accelerated
drivers, for which there are often suitable GPL drivers (dm-multipath,
radeon, nv or vesa drivers) which we continue to help improve upon.
