They're identical; centos is built off the same
source rpm's minus the "prominent North American
Enterprise Linux vendor's" trademarks. :-)
Just make sure you give back since you'll be saving
all kinds of money. LOL We provide one of the
centos up2date mirrors, they saved us quite a bit
over buying a RHEL site license.
