what modules are nessesary to load in initrd and what drivers must be
compiled into the kernel?
it seems it is nessecary to use yaird instead the of default mkinitrd when
installing newer kernels, but I have with no trouble compiled 2.6.17.1 on an
optiplex gx620 with sarge and installed it with no hassle.
