IPMI on the Poweredge 850

We have managed to get IPMI working to some extent on the 850s (And
totally on the 1850s, which is good).

with the ipmitool I can get at the sensors and statuses and everything
on a local machine, but I can't get it to pick up an IP to access it
over the lan (like we are doing with the 1850s). I've set the IPMI bios
to get an IP via DHCP, but our DHCP server isn't getting any requests at
all from the MAC address of the card.

Anyone had any success in getting IPMI working over the network with the
850s?
