IPMI error when start up OPMN5 on DELL6850

Another possible fix is making sure that you do 'service ipmi start'
first. I don't remember what caused me to have problems with it, but
I think it was related to me running CentOS and the Dell scripts not
recognizing CentOS as being equivalent to RHEL.
