Openmanage 5.1 Web connection on RHEL3

Can you send the output of the following two commands?
 
1) rpm -qa | grep srvadmin
2) srvadmin-services.sh status

Hi, 

I just upgrade Openmanage 5.1 on a rhel 3U7 ( uninstall and fresh
install ) 

I cannot locate web port for connection 

        https://<servername>:1311 <https://<servername>:1311>  does not
respond 
        nmap <servername> do not display 1311 port 

Can anyone help me ?
