1850 - RHEL4 u4 - Ext3 error

Hi

Got a box that today spat the dummy on its filesystem. Its a box that 
just runs bugzilla and is not really very busy. I could ssh into the box 
but the console was full of this

EXT3-fs error (device sda2) in start_transaction: Journal has aborted

This is a hardware RAID1 setup on a PERC4 and has OpenManage was 
running. At no point before this failure did the monitoring report 
hardware errors with the disk(s).

A reboot and a couple of fsck's and the box was back but anyone got any 
ideas on what can cause this type of behavior?
