CX300 + PE2950 => No support with shipped kernel version ?

Hi all,

I just have buy 2 * PE2950 with RHEL4 ES 64bits + 1 DELL EMC CX300 Disk
Array.

My problem is that the Dell's EMC configuration Team now tell me that
drivers for my HBA cards that will be inserted into my 2 PE2950 could not be
compatibles with supported kernel version agreed by EMC !

Here are more infos :

PE2950 were shipped with this kernel :

Compatible kernel semms only to be : 2.6.9-34.0.2.EL update 3 !!!!!!

Dell teams tell me that if i have a problem, i won't have support ! (maybe
could thay have tel lme this before i buy it and reveive it...)

Is it true ? I think people that will plan to buy such a platform should
know this before...

What should i do ?
