You can use the custom Dell installer at
http://wiki.osuosl.org/display/LNX/Debian+on+Dell+Servers, which has the
drivers you need.  This is actually based on a Woody installer (Debian
boot-floppies 3.0.23), and you upgrade to Sarge after installation with
apt-get.  I have two PE 2800's and two SC1425's running Debian Sarge that I
installed with this CD.
