What happened to my OMSA ?

I've had OMSA 4.5 installed and working fine on a PE2600 running RHEL3 for a 
year or so.  I noticed last week that items displayed in the web interface 
under the MainChassis item is now an abbreviated list of what was being 
displayed about a month ago.  Currently this item lists only Memory, 
Network, and Ports.  Previously I recall it listed Fans, Temperature 
Sensors, and I think some other stuff; at least fans and temps were listed 
somewhere, now they are nowhere to be found.  The only thing that I have 
done lately to my system is updated some packages and my kernel from U7 to 
U8 with a reboot.  I looked in dmsg for some possible clues, but as a novice 
linux administrator for a small company (full time ecologist, part time 
system admin) I may not recognize the clues that are there.  If anyone can 
tell me what might of happened, or provide me some guidance for what to look 
for I would appreciate it.  I would like to understand what happened first 
before trying to fix it.  I am sure people are going to tell me to upgrade 
to OMSA 5.0 (which I may do), but I am coming to the knowledge base here to 
try to learn something first.  If there is any other information that I can 
provide to the list let me know.
