What happened to my OMSA ?

I've had OMSA 4.5 installed and working fine on a PE2600 running RHEL3 for a
year or so. I noticed last week that items displayed in the web interface
under the MainChassis item is now an abbreviated list of what was being
displayed about a month ago. Currently this item lists only Memory,
Network, and Ports. Previously I recall it listed Fans, Temperature
Sensors, and I think some other stuff; at least fans and temps were listed
somewhere, now they are nowhere to be found. The only thing that I have
done lately to my system is updated some packages and my kernel from U7 to
U8 with a reboot. I looked in dmsg for some possible clues, but as a novice
linux administrator for a small company (full time ecologist, part time
system admin) I may not recognize the clues that are there. If anyone can
tell me what might of happened, or provide me some guidance for what to look
for I would appreciate it. I would like to understand what happened first
before trying to fix it. I am sure people are going to tell me to upgrade
to OMSA 5.0 (which I may do), but I am coming to the knowledge base here to
try to learn something first. If there is any other information that I can
provide to the list let me know.
