RH9 on PE2900

I got it working finally.

Thanks to Brian for the hints. It was all about the driver and patches.
I had issues with raid0/1/5 modules that kept crashing until I dumped
them from all IMG files.

may I ask why you need to use RH9 on it?  its completely unsupported by 
redhat.  If its for a proprietary application, you could try running 
Fedora Core 5 with the backwards compatibility RPMs.
