Auto BIOS / firmware upgrade ISO

In the distant past I have a memory of Dell producing + updating a
downloadable ISO which is bootable, probes the PowerEdge machine it's
running on, and offers to automatically upgrade any firmware / BIOS
versions as needed, thus removing the need to manually pick + choose
from the Dell support/download centre..

I've searched exhaustively but failed to come up with anything concrete
- am I dreaming, or does such a thing still exist?
