More information please.

Server model, etc... To start. Several Servers need to have settings
set either in modprobe.conf or passed in at the start of the kernel in
the boot.conf file. But can't tell you which you might need without
that information.

FYI: We are running FC3 (exact same kernel verion) and FC4 here.

Subject: dcdbas module failure

Hi Folks,

I'm trying to install OMSA 4.5
(OMI-SrvAdmin-Dell-Web-LX-450-32-335_A00.tar.gz) on an FC3 box (kernel
version: 2.6.12-1.1381_FC3smp) and I get the following error message:

Building dcdbas device driver using DKS: [ OK ]
Starting dcdbas device driver: [FAILED]
dcdbas device driver load failed for kernel 2.6.12-1.1381_FC3smp.
See /var/log/dcdbas.log for output from modprobe.

# cat /var/log/dbdbas.log

Can anyone help out?

Thanks, Tom
