PE600sc + CERC 100/4 and Failed logical drive

i am guessing but that sounds bad - generally it will say logical drive 
degraded or some other such rather than logical drive failed. I think 
perhaps you lost another drive at some point and didn't notice. Have you 
been running any RAID monitoring software?
