CERC ATA 100 4ch and ghost 2003

Now to figure out how to get G4L to load the driver for this controller.
Ghosting to the second drive every 3 months without RAID at all is looking
better and better.

The CERC ATA 100 controller isn't supported by any linux kernels past
2.4.27 so if you make a boot disk with that or older it will work.
