PowerEdge 2550 / Qlogic / PV660F Troubles

[Samples, Jacob SPC WV-ARNG]

I have a power edge 2550 server and the orange light is blinking on the
front of the server.  I was just wondering if that means I have an error or
what please email me back with some information.
