Which RedHat (32bit or 64bit) for Xeon?

Hello,

I have a Dell 2850 with dual 3.0ghz Xeon processors.  I want to
install RedHat v4 on it.  I would like to use the original RedHat
ISO's, not Dells.

My choices are...

Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES (v. 4 for 32-bit x86)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES (v. 4 for 64-bit Intel Itanium)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES (v. 4 for AMD64/Intel EM64T)

Which would I use?

I currently have the 32bit version installed on my other Dell/Xeons. 
So if that's not correct, would that cause any problems?  Or just make
it run at 32bit?
