Dell 2850 w/ RHEL v4 - Console/Serial port?

Hello,

On my Sun Solaris servers, I can use my console port to login to the
system, watch it boot, access the firmware, etc.

For my Dell RedHat servers, I use local Keyboard/Video/Mouse.  But I
was wondering if they would support a similar text-only based access
via the serial port?

If so, what would the pinout be?  DB9F DCE?
