IPMI and DELL 1425s - why don't they all work??

OK. Just to get things straight. Does this HAVE to be configured to actually
get ANY information from the BMC via ipmitool? If so I cannot see why 4
nodes out of 32 work and the others do not. They are more or less straight
from the factory ...
