This is due to the policy on Selinux when an application creates a file
in a certain context. If Selinux is enabled and some application
creates a file that is normally created by another process the "object
transition decsion" will return a error/warning/etc.
Check the web for updates to OMSA as this should be fixed or will be
fixed soon.
